Late cancellations and no-shows have a major impact on small businesses. Please remember that I have set aside as much as 3.5 hours for your appointment. As such, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost for new extension sets, and 50% for all other services.
All clients under the age of 18 will require parental consent for any service, and a parent will be required to remain on site for the duration of the appointment.
I am happy to fix any application problems at no cost to you, if I am contacted within three days of application. Any adhesive issues will be apparent within this time frame. I do not offer refunds.
The short answer: Please don't.
There are a number of reasons for this. My lash room is quite small, and an extra body in the room increases both the temperature and the humidity noticeably, which can affect the adhesive. It is best if you do not speak while your extensions are being applied - when you talk, your eyes tend to open slightly, resulting in fumes from the adhesive irritating your eyes. Your eyes also move when you speak, making it more difficult to apply the extensions. Appointments are generally at least an hour long, and your guest is simply going to get bored. Unless you are a minor whose parent must be present, please come to your appointment alone.
